Website Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 22 September 2026

These terms govern your use of the website operated by ALLDOOR Group (Pty) Ltd, trading as ALLDOOR (“ALLDOOR”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

1. About this website

This website provides general information about ALLDOOR’s security gates, burglar bars, roller shutters, specialist doors, louvre shutters, repairs and related services. It is a catalogue and enquiry website; products cannot be purchased or paid for directly through the website.

2. Product information

We aim to keep product descriptions, photographs, specifications and availability accurate, but they are general guides and may change. Images may be illustrative, colours may vary by screen, and final dimensions, materials, finishes, components and operating systems depend on the quotation and confirmed project specification.

3. Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract and does not guarantee availability, pricing, lead time or installation. Any estimate or quotation is subject to its own validity period, exclusions and conditions. A binding agreement arises only when the applicable quotation or order is accepted in the manner specified by ALLDOOR and any required payment or other condition has been met.

4. Measurements, site conditions and installation

Initial information may be based on customer-supplied photographs or measurements. Final manufacture and installation may require verified measurements and assessment of fixing surfaces, access, electrical supply, clearances and other site conditions. Additional work caused by concealed or unsuitable conditions may require a revised quotation.

5. National enquiries

ALLDOOR directly services the Western Cape and welcomes suitable enquiries from elsewhere in South Africa. National supply or installation remains subject to the product, project scope, location, transport and the availability of an appropriate regional installation partner.

6. Acceptable use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website, introduce malicious code, submit false or abusive enquiries, scrape the website at scale, or use its content in a way that infringes our or another person’s rights.

7. Intellectual property

The ALLDOOR name, logo, website design, written content, product names, graphics and owned photographs are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and share links to the website for personal or legitimate business purposes, but may not copy, reproduce, modify or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

8. Third-party services and links

The website may rely on third-party services, including Formspree for enquiry submissions, and may link to external websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security or privacy practices. Their own terms and policies apply.

9. Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to keep the website available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information will always be complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, ALLDOOR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on general website information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

10. Privacy

Personal information submitted through this website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be dealt with by a court or forum having jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer right to approach another competent body.

12. Contact and changes

Questions may be sent to info@alldoorgroup.co.za or Unit 3, 45 Gemini Street, Brackenfell, Cape Town, South Africa. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here applies from its stated revision date.
