Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ALLDOOR Group (Pty) Ltd, trading as ALLDOOR (“ALLDOOR”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects and uses personal information through this website. We process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”) and other applicable South African law.

1. Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry or contact us, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, area or suburb, product or service interest, project details and any information you include in your message. Our website and hosting providers may also process limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser type, device information and access logs, for security and reliable operation.

2. Why we use your information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare or follow up quotations, assess project requirements, arrange site visits, supply or install products, provide repairs or maintenance, keep appropriate business records, protect our website and comply with legal obligations. We will not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without an appropriate legal basis or consent where required.

3. How we receive and share information

Website enquiry submissions are processed through Formspree. We may also share necessary information with hosting, email, IT and professional service providers, and with trusted regional installers or project partners where this is needed to assess or deliver a project. These parties may use the information only for the relevant service or lawful purpose. We do not sell personal information.

4. Information processed outside South Africa

Some technology providers may process or store information in other countries. Where personal information is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to use providers and safeguards that support an appropriate level of protection as required by POPIA.

5. Retention and security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, our contractual and operational requirements, dispute resolution, and applicable legal or record-keeping obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information, although no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access to it, ask us to correct or delete inaccurate or unlawfully held information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

7. Cookies and links

We use Google Ads tracking and the Meta Pixel to measure website visits and advertising results. The Meta Pixel reports page views and successful enquiry submissions to Meta, and may use cookies and browser or device information to associate website activity with advertising. We do not include the contents of your enquiry or your contact details in the Meta events we configure. You can manage cookies through your browser and advertising preferences through the relevant provider. Essential technology and hosting services may also use technical storage or logs for security and website operation. Links to third-party websites are governed by those parties’ own privacy practices.

8. Contact and complaints

For privacy requests or questions, contact our Information Officer through info@alldoorgroup.co.za, call 0861 000 771 or 021 569 4396, or write to Unit 3, 45 Gemini Street, Brackenfell, Cape Town, South Africa. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa through its official website at inforegulator.org.za.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, technology or legal obligations change. The latest version and its revision date will be published on this page.
